Good to know
Which sports does CoachEaze support?
All of them. Badminton, football, cricket, tennis, swimming, martial arts, chess and more. If you coach students in batches, CoachEaze fits.
Do I need to install anything?
No. CoachEaze works in any browser on a phone, tablet or laptop at app.coacheaze.com. An Android app is coming to the Play Store soon.
How does face attendance work, and is it safe?
The coach takes one group photo, or turns on auto-detect, and the app matches each face with the student's registered photo. Faces are stored only as encrypted numbers, used only for attendance at your academy, and never sold. You can always mark attendance by hand instead.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Pick a plan and carry on with everything as it is. If you decide not to continue, your academy is closed 30 days after the trial ends, and we email you before that happens.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings, and unused days on your current plan are credited towards the new one. Plans don't renew automatically, so nothing is charged unless you choose to renew.
How do parents and students join?
Your coach adds the student, and the parent gets an email to accept the Terms. They then log in to see attendance, fees, skill ratings and homework.
